USE
It is used as exterior and interior cladding, acting as protector and decorator.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
APPLICATION TOOLS
Working containers used (cubes, paper mills, etc.) should be plastic.
Apply the paste with a stainless steel trowel or spatula
SUBSTRATES
It can be applied on a variety of surfaces with different characteristics:
- Cement substrate
- Clean concrete substrates
- Gypsum board prepared previously with one coat of Agma CH SP-370 (read data sheet).
- Fiber cement panels.
- Solid wood panels, wood, and fibrous boards.
- Metallic boards.
Where it should be applied to substrates already treated with paint or varnish, scratch them
you need to leave a solid, healthy and absorbing substrates.
The walls should be brushed to remove any dust or impurity between the support and the
MAPLEXINE ALUMINIUM.
The substrate must be treated with our sealant Agma CH SP-370 (read data sheet) and be completely dry for the application.
APPLICATION
1º AGMA-CH SP-370 APPLICATION (Special for application on plaster, read tech sheet)
In order to enhance the hardness of the support and regulate the absorption.
2º MAPLEXINE ALUMINIUM APPLICATION
Once the substrate is prepare like we explain in the beginning of the tech sheet , mix the 2
components, mix it in slow speed until to get a semi solid paste homogeneous.
Pay attention to the bottom of the bucket meanwhile you mix it the 2 components, make sure is totally mix it, until to get the same texture and colour in all paste. Once is perfectly mix it the 2 components, apply the paste straight away.
You can add up to 2% of clean water to give more fluidity to the mix. Trowels are used in different ways, according to the imperatives of the work. (Stainless steel).
Do not apply at temperatures below + 5th C. or above 45 ° C in the shadow, or in rainy weather, or when warm winds blow strong.
To be left polished with sanding disc treatment 280gr. Once finished sanding primer give our CIDEX HIDROCONSOLIDANTE. With this product we set the support preventing it stain after sanding aluminum debris and provide protection from the elements in case of outdoor applications and silky to the touch and washable interior rooms.

CONSUMPTION
The average consumption per square meter is 1,2 kg for two coats of product.

FINISH PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE
Finishing varnish CIDEX CONSOLIDANTE HYDRO is washable using (neutral or acidic) liquid detergents diluted with water (according to the manufacturer) and then proceed to brushing (soft bristle) and rinsing with clean water.

PACKAGING
Two bicomponents packagings:
.- 12 kg part A powder and 5 kg Part B liquid resin.
.- 3 kg part A powder and 2 kg Part

Storage date from batch to 6 months in sealed original packaging, sheltered from weather conditions and humidity.
